Book Release And Purchase Information.

Hello beautiful people,

Just to give you an update today - I will be approving my book tonight at midnight for publishing, YAY.

Now because I have requested Amazon to put the features 'Look Inside' on my book my book may take 5-7 days to build up this feature and post on all Amazon sites across the the world. However people say they have experienced them doing it a lot faster they just cover themselves. My book and the blurb may appear firstly and you will be able to purchase, without this feature but in time you will all be able to have a sneak peek before purchasing. People have experienced Amazon successfully setting up the book and blurb between 24 hours and 3 days of approval. Amazon have been very fast and efficient so far so hopefully all will be quick process.

The release date had to be the 8th though as the number's meaning was very important to me!! I also felt the 'Look Inside' feature was a must and beneficence to you all.

My CreateSpace estore is also being created and the book will be ready to sell on there immediately once up and running - I will give you all the links once this site has been built by CreateSpace and edited by myself.

All very exciting.

I am SUPER excited to press the approval button and can't waitttttttttt for everything to come together :) I hope you can all appreciate the hard work and passion I have put into this book, and I hope to continue on and do many more in many different ways :).

I also want to thank you for the lovely emails I have been receiving, the amazing and supportive messages over social media mainly Instagram and Facebook. It means the WORLD to me and I can't thank you enough for all your kind words and support. I simply hope you all love my book, want to give it a good review and begin to get creative in the kitchen spreading the #sophantastic buzz to spread the message and help educate people that we can all enjoy food, not allow it to be an enemy or cause illness and live happier more fulfilled lives. Not suffer in silence and feel trapped and unmotivated.

We keep fighting everyday.

I also began packing more America this morning, washing and ironing and ATTEMPTING to put things in my case - it's not going so well though, as always you think you aren't taking much but within minutes your case is nearly full and you haven't got half the things you need in it yet - plus there isn't any room for any potential purchases!! Which is a must. Matthew and I were discussing food solutions last night too (such foodies) - I think we have spoken more about food than anything else - but we want to make sure we have the best and have enough. Of course!! We also need to stay within a sensible budget! We are both ( well Matthew bless him is on board ) with making sure we get plenty of evidence of what we have been eating to show you all how they cater for allergies over there and how I cope, where we need to be heading, what different foods and products they have compared to us, how to store the food etc. So a lot of thought has gone into the food side of things, it is just lucky we both like the same kinds of food and Matthew is always open to trying food that I can eat too, which is SO helpful and I am most grateful for.

All this talk though is making it all reality - a week tomorrow. I have been waiting SO long for this holiday but boy has it come round quickly and all these documents, thoughts about food, tour bookings, packing etc can become very overwhelming. But trying to be chilled and I know because it ALWAYS happens I will be a stressed out banana for the next week but once I am on the plane I will be living it up, buzzed on bananas ready to indulge and venture in the adventure ahead of us. Of course we will be trying to keep you updated AS much as we possibly can through social media - so keep watching out on Instagram @sophiewardy, Twitter @sophwardy and Snapchat @sophwardy . I will also TRY to blog when I can. Keep the good vibes flowing - there are exciting times on the horizon.

Love and peace to all! xo

SOPHIE'S
COOKING TIPS

#1
Feeling sluggish and rubbish when you have woken up? Get boosting up on bananas the more the better - they will help settle your stomach, boosting digestion, they are a mood enhancer, they will give you the energy you need and keep you full. Buy my book for banana receipe ideas.

#2
Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

#3
Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

#4
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

#5
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
