A Group Full Of Value

HAPPY FRIDAY, the weekend is almost here and that means I am ever closer to escaping this awful RAIN, WIND & COLD weather for the Alicante sun-shine.

I wanted to update you all before I jet off though. As this week, I have been doing a lot of re-branding, organising and trying to take my business to the next level. Always at the front of my mind is creating the BEST service and content I can to you. I am always learning - I am not a pro. So, YES I make a lot of mistakes but I am always willing to learn. I am always asking for advise, looking at ways to push myself outside of my comfort zone.

So, this week I have focused on making my Sophantastic Travel Facebook Group a hub of value. I loved bringing you all amazing deals every day which I will continue to do, but I will also be mixing it up by adding check lists, hacks, airport advice and useful printable & downloadable files. I want the group to become more interactive with polls and from my end, pushing myself outside of my comfort zone and hosting 'lives' and posting videos. I wanted these tools to only be accessible to the members within my group because I appreciate all the support they give me.

Like I say, I have lots more value to add to the group but I am a team of one and time often runs away from me.

BUT..

As everything should be - a working progress, every day building, learning, developing and we shouldn't ever stop that.

I have 76 amazing members so far and I can't wait to welcome more of you into Sophantastic Travel.

When building this new model, re-branding and setting my goals for my business I had to remind myself of my 'why.'

- To book people the trips of their dreams.

- Help other's create an income around their health.

-Get chronic illness warriors beyond their front doors and exploring the world like they deserve.

-Add a little extra sparkle to my customer's travel experience.

-HAVE FUN.

-Build a business I am proud of.

This is rocket fuel for me & my oxygen that powers me on the days when the going gets tough.

I challenge you all to remind yourself of your WHY this weekend.

Set up your own action plan, in order to achieve your 'why.'

Don't hold back, dreams are for chasing.

After-all I am just a girl with a head full of dreams!

COOKING TIPS

Feeling sluggish and rubbish when you have woken up? Get boosting up on bananas the more the better - they will help settle your stomach, boosting digestion, they are a mood enhancer, they will give you the energy you need and keep you full. Buy my book for banana receipe ideas.

Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN. 

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
