It has been a BUSY week this week and I have literally just arrived home . However, we have more excitement over the next few days, to come as well.

Tomorrow I will be interviewed on BBC Lancashire at 1.30pm with Gilly, who interviewed me back in late October about the awareness work that has been going on and all the projects underway at the moment. I am so looking forward to this interview as a lot has happened and we have LOTS of creative ideas moving forward. So tune in if you can.
Wednesday is also a very exciting day as myself and Simon Field present Kids Sing Christmas at the Town Hall in Chorley. We have 7 schools involved, all raising money for the amazing cause the Project Feed Chorley Campaign in aid of Living Waters Storehouse Chorley Food Bank. Who hope to provide every family on the breadline in the local area a Christmas meal this Christmas. The show will be broadcast on Christmas Eve and it's just lovely for the Christmas to be involved and for them to realise the true meaning of Christmas too.
Then Friday I am back with Simon ( he probably didn't miss me) on Chorley FM 1pm-3pm! So tune in, I am sure there will be lots of craziness and laughter. Hopefully not too many sugar rushes and coma's.

As you all know LAST WEEK I launched my Believe-A-Bear Campaign. This project is one VERY close to my heart. I wanted to provide a motivational gift and mini mascot to people this Christmas who are bedridden or spending the festive season in hospital.
Luckily, I was discharged from hospital just before Christmas last year but I thought I would have to spend my Christmas, 60 odd miles away from home on my own in hospital. This reality upset me SO much. I was alone, scared and feeling very poorly - it wasn't the fun, joyful, family Christmas we all want and rightly deserve.
I am so grateful for this year. The opportunities, experiences and adventures I have lived. My health hasn't always been great but I have overcome a lot to be able to treat mainly from home. It has made me so much more appreciative of the times I get to live and the people who share their love and kindness with me. It has made me passionate about giving back. So Believe-A-Bear is a teddy bear who will come with it's own personal name and motivational tagline. The bear can be customised to have a lime green bow for Lyme Disease or a gold bow for Invisiyouth or just because the receiver is a golden star.
There is a donation included within the price of the bear, which will be split equally between the two charities:
Lyme Disease UK: who support patients and carer's who are battling Lyme Disease and who work endless to lobby Government and the medical community for change
Invisiyouth: who support youth's and young adults battling chronic & invisible illness find purpose and self-worth in their lives.
You will understand why I am so passionate about these two charities.
It will be a gift to show your love, prove that the receiver isn't alone in their fight and a little dose of motivation to keep them uplifted and fighting. Everyone deserves to be loved and never feel alone.
So far the reception towards the campaign as been fabulous - so thank you. We only have 3 BEARS LEFT of this order. If all bears sell out soon we will get more in before Christmas, to heal as many hearts as possible. So get your orders in quick to give this meaningful present to your loved one at Christmas
Thank you for being so supportive and I hope this venture is a success and something we can expand the range of projects available.
Thank you!!
Love always,
Soph, xoxo
