Healing Hearts- Believe-A- Bear Campaign

My mind is and has been racing over the last couple of days. As I expressed in my last post, it is a year since I left hospital where I thought I would be spending my 2017 Christmas. This fact was breaking my heart. I love Christmas for the family time and I feared I would miss out on all of that company, fun and Christmas spirit. Being left alone and isolated on Christmas.

With my own emotions taking front seat and the fundamental reason for the project - BELIEVE-A- BEAR , I wanted to heal as many hearts as I could this festive season. Each bear will be named and come with a positive tagline for motivation.

We are so wrapped up in taking and what we want to receive/expect to receive that we forget about the ones who aren't as lucky as we are, aren't as free and so on. The pain they are going through, the isolation they face during a time where everyone is coming together.

I am only one person sadly and I can't heal the world single-handedly. Although I would LOVE to. I hope people will see this idea as something kind, positive and will get involved in sending loved ones a small gift to show their love this Christmas. Which would bring comfort to the receiver, a dose of motivation and there would be a small donation included in the price for Lyme Disease UK and Invisiyouth. Your thoughts as always are valid and that is why I want to know if my ideas would be beneficial to my readers, members and followers.

We will begin with a simple concept of one product, but if we find great success there will be room for improvement.

The donations won't be massive, as we want to keep the costs as low as possible and affordable for all but it is the emotional and mental uplifting aspect of this gift that is the most important and the main driving force of why I want to do this. Hospitals limit a lot of gifts so it was finding something that they would accept. This gift won't suit everyone and I understand that, like I say I can't fix the world single-handily I am just trying to help in anyway I can because I too, have major health issues and are FAR from fully fit.

I know all my readers have massive hearts and will see where I am coming from and why I am motivated for this mission.

Please offer your advice, feedback and hopefully support towards this project.

There will be a limited number of BEARS in the run up to Christmas BUT if successful we will order more to personalise and keep the project going in the New Year but we will re-address all these ideas in 2019.

SO once all is finalised get your orders in quick via my website: www.sophantastic.org/shop .. you can find the shop link via the main menu on my website. Remember your bear doesn't have to be sent to someone in hospital it can simply be sent to someone you love to remind them they aren't alone in their fight and if they believe they can achieve anything!

If our response is positive in the next few days then we will start taking pre-orders and go from there.

Remember the festive season is about giving love and give a gift with real meaning, that the receiver will forever cherish.

Thank you,

S xox

COOKING TIPS

#1
Feeling sluggish and rubbish when you have woken up? Get boosting up on bananas the more the better - they will help settle your stomach, boosting digestion, they are a mood enhancer, they will give you the energy you need and keep you full. Buy my book for banana receipe ideas.

#2
Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

#3
Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

#4
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

#5
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
