Every week, even every day is a celebration and victory we fight through. Many of the time we don’t give ourselves the credit we deserve when looking back on our time and how we spent it. We may have not been as productive as we had hoped, left the house, met friends or even got out of bed before noon. Your feet however are still on the ground with air in your lungs. It’s not the best time right now but we are all trying to make the best of it. Having been able to spend more time with friends and family recently has really, really lifted my mood. Although at times I didn’t want to go or attend. Having them all rally round , support me and encourage me to go really helped me. Especially over the weekend at the first Halloween event ( before getting a little too tired ) I felt more like myself than I had done in weeks and laughed more than I had in weeks. I needed this for my own sanity and to prove that life is what I fight for. I wasn’t painted up ( as I couldn’t risk reactions ), have a fancy Halloween outfit nor was I dancing and getting drunk. I was present though. I enjoyed listening to conversations and catching up with people I had been hiding from for a number of weeks. My friends have been continuing to try and keep me out and about despite me feeling rather zapped because they know it helps me stay sane. That isolating myself is me listening to my pain levels and letting them get the better of me. It’s not about going the whole way and going crazy! A few hours here and there with their support goes a long way. Sometimes their push is what you need. Your mind is too indecisive. I have doubled my vitamin C & D complex tablets, along with starting on a probiotic and olive leaf extract tablets. The vitamin C,D and olive leaf are helping keep my immune system strong ( as strong as possible ) and the probiotic is to help with my digestion. Replacing the bad bacteria with the good. Not just with Lyme but any infection the bacteria and viruses love to hide in the walls of your digestive tract to ensure they get first dibs on the food, minerals and nutrients that have entered the body. These tablets together have helped my white blood cell level stabilise and neutrophil count stay just within normal range. My body still isn’t at the level to restart Lyme treatment but keeping everything stable is a huge positive to me. And help me restore the weight lost when my immune system is under threat. My liver levels did increase slightly and were just normal range. 40 being the max and my levels been at 40. But I take glutathione to help keep the liver detoxing efficiently. This slight rise in levels could be the result of a few infections have had over the last week that the immune system has been killing off and giving the liver to flush out. I also keep up my apple cider vingar shots and tablets to help in the body’s detoxing and helping produce enzymes to break down my food and aid digestion. Add lemon and garlic to your diet also helps the liver.
I have had a lot of liver pain in the last few days and a slight fever on Monday so my bloods which I had done yesterday may show that my liver levels have risen due to this. Or it could mean it was working extra hard and managing to flush out those nasties. We will have to wait and see when we get the results tomorrow.
Then on Friday I have my 34 head injections for my migraines, which are plaguing me badly at the moment. I am very sensitive to light, sound and movement. The right side of my face feels paralyised. So although I will be bruised for a week and probaly talking nonsense. They mean I can have eight weeks of decreased head pain.

I am also happy to say that now on the bottom of my home page and shopping page are direct links to Amazon.
For Christmas all we want is to get or at the very least feel better. The links, link straight to products that can aid sufferers of chronic illness.
I am hoping this new feature to my site will help sufferers learn about and purchase products to help our daily lives. Making days and nights as easy as we possibly can. Lowering pain levels and making us more comfortable in the struggles we do face.
I hope it inspires you for ideas for Christmas - whether it’s for your own Christmas list or ideas loved ones can pick up.
My blog is here and I have designed it to promote postivity and highlight our successes in our fights.
Some of the products may feel like a step back or something you don’t want to think about having to try/use but acceptance is key. With acceptance comes the gift of being able to see the positives and celebrate them.
Nobody wants to be bedridden but with a extra long phone charger, remote control lighting, a table and your set up could be a little more appealing.
If I could wave a magic wand and cure us all I would do it in a heart beat.
But..
If I can make my own life easier and yours so we can enjoy all and as much of our lives we can. Then I can rest in peace.
Let me know if you like this new feature and if you find it useful.
As products come out or I find them I will add them to the list so you can see them and link on them leading you straight to the product. No searching or spending time scrolling through hundreds of results.
