Late Birthday Meal With The Boys At Fazenda & Event City Snapshot.

Anyone in and around Manchester and looking for ideas or places to eat I HIGHLY recommend hitting Fazenda's. It has become a family favourite.

It is a fab place, with such a buzzing vibe and the food is just out of this world. The choice is just insane - really. Top notch.

If you want meat then its around £28pp , if you just want the salad bar its about £22. This may sound expensive but the amount of meat options you get and can have, like I said is out of this world. The salad bar is extensive and how lots of goodies on it and you can go up as many times are you wish so really the price would be roughly what you would expect to pay for a 3 course meal or a 2 course meal if you pick steak on a menu normally.

With these kind of places though, you pay for the 'experience' too. Like we do at Acresfield you create that warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home, leading you to enjoy your experience far more and take away fonder memories, also drawing you back to the place to re-live and create new amazing memories.

I will definitely be returning as soon as possible I miss it already. This Brazilian is by far the best Brazilian I have ever been too. After my Dad found this gem last year and kindly taking us there for his birthday celebrations it encourage Matthew and I to seek out Brazilian's on our Route 66 adventures. We did visit two, one in Santa Fe and one in Chicago - both served yummy, delicious food with lots of choice and selection but they didn't match up to Fazenda.

We had an amazing evening - THANK YOU BOYS!

I loved the week - Event City was buzzing, we had the best show we had ever had, the boys got lots of positive leads, we shared yummy food, laughs and giggles with amazing people & I thrived off the city buzz.

I couldn't ask for more.

A week to remember and now roll on Birmingham. I have been kindly invited to go down ( I am truly appreciative and grateful of the invites I received - feeling very loved ) & can't wait to see everyone again, have fun take in the vibes, see business work at its best & create many more memorable memories.

I will be blogging as much as I can with lots of new updates.

COOKING TIPS

#1
Feeling sluggish and rubbish when you have woken up? Get boosting up on bananas the more the better - they will help settle your stomach, boosting digestion, they are a mood enhancer, they will give you the energy you need and keep you full. Buy my book for banana receipe ideas.

#2
Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

#3
Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

#4
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

#5
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
